We caught the Indy Chicken helping keep the 38th Street corridor clean and pretty. Someone had littered-up the media with illegal signs (per Article I Section 734-202 of the Indianapolis/Marion County Zoning Ordinances), of which Bart is quite aware (since he took to the streets to 'enforce' that law in 2004: Read the mayor's press release).
